• Oversee the financial systems for a diverse set of hospitality clients. • Manage a large accounting team. • Direct the financial health of the Hospitality vertical. • Provide senior-level perspective and advisory to clients. • Standardize documented processes across the vertical.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years in senior accounting roles, with a dedicated focus on the hospitality industry. • Experience in a large corporate hotel company is a plus. • Proven track record of managing large, high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. • Mastery of GAAP, complex payroll structures, and multi-entity consolidations. • Clear, confident, and exact communication. You respect the financial literacy of our clients and avoid jargon.
