📋 Description

•Take ownership of the maintenance and repair of mission equipment when not in operation. •You ensure every piece is operationally fit and certified, using tools like Maximo to manage repairs, track history, and keep maintenance plans on point. •Lead a small, hands-on team of 2 technicians and coordinate third-party specialists where needed. •Keep a crystal-clear overview of our equipment inventory across the fleet. •You’ll use systems like Ops365 to manage reservations, prevent double bookings, and guide asset transfers when equipment is mobilized or demobilized. •Provide support during vessel and project preparation phases, and contribute to an efficient and safe deployment of equipment and people — all while respecting our QHSE-S standards. •Keep budgets in check, manage spare parts smartly, and ensure documentation, certificates, and drawings are always up to date.

🎯 Requirements

•A strong technical background — ideally with experience in hydraulics or electro-mechanical engineering; •Someone with experience close to a Chief Engineer profile, but ready for an onshore challenge; •A natural leader with people management skills and an eye for coordination; •A team player who’s hands-on, flexible, and eager to learn.
