Description

• The Inbound Sales Development Representative is responsible for qualifying all inbound leads with the goal of generating sales qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline. • Manage high-intent MQLs such as demo requests and lower intent leads, such as attending a webinar or nurturing leads. • Engage with inbound requests, nurturing pipeline using our sales tech stack, including Salesloft and Zoominfo. • Advocate for customer experience, practice active listening to understand customer challenges and goals. • Schedule discovery calls with the Business Manager after qualifying leads using B.A.N.T methodology.

Requirements

• Recently graduated from an accredited college/university in a business or technology-related field. • Previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, consulting, or a related field. • Previous experience working within a B2B SaaS or technology solutions company. • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Ideally has used sales tech –stack before for outreach cadence building tasks. • Confidence in leading sales qualification calls and has the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience. • Experience using a customer relationship management application (CSM) to track sales pipeline activities.
