📋 Description

• Veriff is seeking a stellar Head of Growth Marketing to lead our global growth marketing team. • This leader will play a pivotal role in ensuring our message meets our target audience, resulting in new customer acquisition and sizable revenue growth. • As a key member of the GTM leadership team, you will shape both short and long term strategies to achieve Veriff’s business goals. • You will oversee the acquisition funnel from lead generation to conversion, with particular emphasis on driving quality pipeline growth. • Leading our team of regional marketing managers, you will develop growth strategies, forecast and report on campaign performance, and work closely with other marketing leaders to align growth efforts with broader company objectives. • You’ll help us protect honest people online by providing hands-on leadership to an international team of growth marketers across the US, EMEA and LATAM to ensure effective team performance and development. • Leading efforts to acquire new customers through various channels • Designing, launching, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns • Driving channel acquisition growth by identifying new messaging, targeting, and capability opportunities • Collaborating with the product marketing and creative teams to inform them of campaign performance and strategize on creative development with customer-centric direction • Partnering with account management teams to drive loyalty and growth with existing customers • Driving continuous improvement in the marketing division by enhancing processes, emphasizing data-driven decision-making, and fostering a culture of excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of marketing experience in the SaaS space • 3+ years of experience managing teams • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo) • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for continuous improvement • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and user experience design
