• Have extensive experience supporting and leading M&A integration efforts for multiple deals, from fast and small acquihires to large and complex acquisitions/mergers. • Specialize in driving initiatives end-to-end and have an incredibly strong sense of accountability and ownership. • Are comfortable jumping into fast-paced, quickly evolving situations and immediately rolling up your sleeves to work with the team tackling problems and finding solutions. • Can build trust quickly with stakeholders at all levels of leadership; you’re adept at stakeholder management, delegation, and strategic communications. • Excellent communicator, with great written and spoken communication skills; ability to build healthy relationships with internal business leaders and corporate functions. • Deep understanding of and love for both the SMB markets and HubSpot customer values, needs, and goals.
