• HubSpot is looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join the FP&A team and provide strategic sales incentives support. • This is an exciting role with a unique opportunity to influence strategic sales incentive decisions. • As a strategic finance business partner, interact with executive leaders to influence decision-making. • Drive financial success of all the sales incentive programs and manage operational needs for reporting. • Understand HubSpot’s long-term objectives and bring forward ideas for business cases and financial analysis. • Lead complex financial modeling and provide insights beyond numbers to enable customer-focused decisions. • Influence operating structure and continue to evolve finance engagement. • Contribute to our team vision and ensure successful execution of team goals. • Build an inclusive team environment and coach the team to develop talents.
