📋 Description

• works with EIP Department leaders and Humana enterprise stakeholders to identify, define, and develop security architecture requirements and secure designs for AI technology solutions • leads the development of technical architecture & designs • develop security requirements • perform threat modeling • ensures alignment of security & risk imperatives with business priorities • responsible for the high-level design and patterns of security program infrastructures • drives alignment between the EIP security strategy, security architecture and infrastructure, and Humana’s overall business and technology strategic priorities • engages with relevant EIP stakeholders to identify current and emerging security threats • conducts threat modeling, risk analyses and security assessments of relevant enterprise / EIP infrastructure • develops and manages security requirements for GenAI, model, MCP, Agentic AI solutions and software integration with Humana systems

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ Experience in technical Cybersecurity architecture • 1+ Experience in Artificial Intelligence Security • Experience integrating Cybersecurity technologies with existing technologies • Experience implementing Cybersecurity technologies with enterprise-wide impact • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • Master's Degree in a Technical Field (Preferred) • CISSP or CEH certification (Preferred) • Experience in AI Security (Preferred) • Architectural Threat Modeling (Preferred) • Business Architecture (Preferred) • Cloud Infrastructure Security (Preferred) • Cloud Security Architecture (Preferred) • Information Security Architecture (Preferred)
