• Assist the Founder in developing and executing strategic initiatives. • You are the wrangler of our c-suite leadership team, especially our founder. • Oversee and manage key projects from inception to completion. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. • Serve as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders. • Conduct research and provide analysis on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth. • Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for meetings. • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or organizational development. • Proven track record in a leadership role.
