• At least 2 years of experience as an SDR or in a similar role, with a passion for personal and professional growth. • Strong problem-solving skills, a creative mindset, and a growth-oriented approach. • Proficiency in writing persuasive email copy and developing effective sequence campaigns. • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a readiness to adapt. • Highly organized, structured, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. • Experience with tools like LinkedIn, HubSpot, SFDC, Dripify/Expandi, Crunchbase, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, Outreach, CommonRoom, Clay, Cognizm, and Google Spreadsheets. • Adaptability and a keen ability to refine strategies as needed. • Native-level proficiency in English. • Bonus Points If You: • Have experience in the B2B SaaS sector, especially within developer tooling, and are enthusiastic about engaging with technical decision-makers. • Have worked at a fast-growing startup. • Have a proven track record of collaborating effectively within remote or distributed teams. • Are passionate about cloud-native technologies and platform engineering.
