📋 Description

• Review and map existing business workflows across departments. • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation. • Design, implement, and maintain practical automation solutions using modern AI and workflow tools. • Gradually integrate AI technologies into business operations with a focus on user adoption and employee engagement. • Develop systems that reduce repetitive manual tasks and improve productivity. • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of automation initiatives and recommend ongoing improvements. • Collaborate with management and staff to ensure smooth implementation of new technologies. • Research emerging technologies and provide recommendations on tools, platforms, and innovations that can benefit the business. • Support broader digital initiatives, including basic website updates, SEO improvements, and Google Ads management. • Create documentation, training materials, and process guides to support adoption of new systems. • Help increase operational capacity and output without necessarily increasing headcount.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of business operations, workflows, and process improvement. • Experience with AI-powered productivity and automation tools. • Proficiency with workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar. • Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to analyze and redesign business processes. • Strong problem-solving and project implementation skills. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience managing change and supporting user adoption of new technologies. • High level of technology literacy and curiosity for emerging tools and trends. • Ability to work independently and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
