• Process invoices accurately and efficiently. • Perform bookkeeping tasks using Xero, including transaction reconciliation and record maintenance. • Provide general administrative support across the business. • Maintain organised digital records and documentation. • Create and schedule social media content across relevant platforms. • Plan and coordinate monthly promotional campaigns. • Assist with customer outreach initiatives to improve engagement and retention. • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement. • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through AI-powered tools and automations. • Assist with the implementation and management of automation solutions to improve operational efficiency. • Evaluate and recommend CRM solutions to complement the existing Ultratune POS system (SM4W). • Support the setup and ongoing management of customer databases and communication systems.
• Experience with Xero bookkeeping and financial administration. • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. • Experience creating social media content and coordinating marketing campaigns. • Comfortable learning and implementing new software, AI tools, and automation platforms. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Experience with CRM implementation or management. • Knowledge of marketing automation tools. • Experience working with AI-powered productivity or workflow tools. • Background supporting small business operations.
