•Job Role: Sales Support and Administration Coordinator •Work Schedule: Monday - Friday - AU Time Zone •Who We Are: At Hunt St we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. •Who The Client Is: Dedicated to redefining outdoor living with luxurious, high-quality furniture. •Role Overview: We are seeking a Sales Support & Administration Coordinator to assist with various administrative and marketing tasks. •Key Responsibilities: •Maintain and update the Shopify store, including adding new products, adjusting pricing, inventory, and product descriptions. •Assist with website updates, ensuring accurate and up-to-date content. •Support social media activities by scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and coordinating content. •Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, order processing, and reporting. •Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, product details, and support materials. •Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product launches and promotions. •Monitor and report on website and sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
•Experience with Shopify is a must, including product management and store maintenance. •Familiarity with website updates and social media management. •Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic data entry. •Excellent communication and organizational skills. •Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. •Experience in e-commerce or retail is a plus.
