📋 Description

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversion performance. • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO improvements across the website. • Monitor site performance, rankings, and SEO health, implementing continuous improvements. • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align SEO with brand messaging and campaigns. • Manage and grow the affiliate marketing program, including onboarding partners and maintaining relationships. • Identify, recruit, and negotiate with affiliate partners, influencers, and publishers. • Track and analyze affiliate performance, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI. • Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution across SEO and affiliate channels. • Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and affiliate marketing best practices. • Provide regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders on channel performance and opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in SEO and affiliate marketing, ideally within a fashion, retail, or direct-to-consumer brand. • Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy. • Experience managing affiliate platforms and partnerships. • Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar). • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. • Strong understanding of e-commerce performance metrics and customer acquisition channels. • Good communication and collaboration skills. • Self-driven and confident in managing channels independently. • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
