• - Make **80–120 outbound calls daily** to potential clients within assigned markets. • - Conduct **prospecting, qualification, and lead nurturing** through phone, email, and LinkedIn. • - Use **CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)** to manage pipeline and track activities. • - Collaborate closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads. • - Maintain a **high level of professionalism and energy** in every interaction. • - Achieve or exceed **weekly and monthly KPIs** for calls, connections, and booked meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• - 1-3 years of experience in an **outbound sales or cold calling** role (SDR, BDR, or telemarketing). • - Excellent **spoken and written English communication skills**. • - Experience using **CRM platforms** and **sales engagement tools** (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, etc.). • - Strong objection-handling skills and resilience in high-pressure sales environments. • - Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented with a growth mindset.
