• Structure and manage debt collection • Map existing processes and deploy standardized procedures (amicable/collections, pre-litigation, litigation). • Bring unpaid receivables under control: data validation, segmentation, prioritization. • Monitor performance through regular reporting and drive a continuous improvement plan. • Provide internal expertise on insurer/broker agreements and contractual obligations. • Analyze claims/loss experience and propose optimizations. • Manage and lead the litigation team: oversee the collections and legal recovery unit.
• Proven experience: 5–10 years in debt collection and/or rental litigation, ideally with initial management experience. • Strong technical expertise: mastery of amicable and judicial collection (formal notice to pay, payment order/injunction, summons/statement of claim, enforcement measures). • Very good knowledge of GLI products: file preparation, claims/loss analysis, and insurer/broker relations. • Comfortable with property management/collection tools and reporting (dashboards, KPI tracking).
