📋 Description

• Leading the development, implementation, and optimization of clinical systems to enhance data collection and reporting processes. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and ensure alignment with clinical trial objectives. • Monitoring system performance and conducting regular assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains. • Providing training and support to team members on clinical systems, fostering a culture of proficiency and accountability. • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and technology partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration on system initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, information technology, or clinical research. • Extensive experience in managing clinical systems or related technology, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams in a dynamic environment. • Proficiency in clinical data management tools and systems, with a focus on optimizing user experience and data integrity. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive successful outcomes.
