• Assisting in the development, validation, and maintenance of statistical programs (SAS, R, or similar) for data manipulation and analysis in clinical trials. • Collaborating with senior statistical programmers and biostatisticians to understand project requirements and contribute to statistical analysis plans (SAPs). • Performing data cleaning and preparation tasks to ensure data integrity and accuracy prior to analysis. • Participating in the preparation of reports and documentation to support regulatory submissions and clinical study reports. • Learning and applying industry standards, including ICH/GCP guidelines, to programming tasks to ensure compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field. • Solid work experience with SAS and R programming language (Mandatory). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with team members. • Familiarity with clinical trials and data management processes is an advantage but not required.
