• Define and own the process -- establish scope, objectives, and performance metrics • Design and document end-to-end process workflows, roles, and responsibilities • Monitor process performance using KPIs and dashboards; identify gaps and improvement opportunities • Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards • Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., business units, IT, quality, compliance) to ensure process alignment and integration • Manage process changes, including communication, training, and documentation updates • Facilitate root-cause analysis and corrective action planning for process issues • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the assigned process(es) • Report on process performance and improvement initiatives to leadership
• 5-10 years of process improvement experience managing or improving business processes • Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred) • Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management and leadership skills • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities • Proven success where transformation or change initiatives are long lived / sustainable in the desired changes and impact • Certification in or practical experience with process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle • Proficiency in Process documentation tools such as Visio
