Description
• Active search for Candidates in social media (Linkedin, Facebook and others) and internal database / CRM / ATS system • Analysis of Candidate profiles in terms of defined requirements • Editing advertisements and creating simple graphics • Support for the Talent Acquisition Team in professional communication with the Candidate • Additional tasks in the area of employer branding
Requirements
• Minimum six months experience in recruiting and searching for Candidates in the IT industry • Basic knowledge of IT with understanding of Java and JavaScript • Conscientious and patient • Focused on development, learning, and exploring new areas • Minimum B2 level of English proficiency required
