Description

• Lead a team of Product Managers for Xblend products. • Align business initiatives with product strategies. • Mentor and guide product managers to execute business goals. • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions. • Track product performance against key metrics and manage budgets. • Serve as the primary point of contact for product communications. • Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. • MBA or equivalent experience preferred. • 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Proven experience in developing and executing product strategies that align with business goals. • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide and develop a team. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills. • Deep understanding of market research, customer insights, and product performance metrics. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines. • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Experience in software development or technology industry is highly desirable. • Familiarity with testing tools (or previous work experience in a QA/QE role) • Technical background dealing with development tools and the software development life cycle. • Project management, release management or QA management experience. • Familiarity with Xray and/or its main competitors.
