Description

• Identify, attract, and hire top physician talent • Use various platforms to identify and reach out to potential physician candidates • Source talent for a variety of physician positions to support the medical practice • Create and manage job postings for physician roles, ensuring clarity and accuracy • Execute a high-caliber candidate experience • Maintain and update a database of physician candidates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 1-2 years of physician or APP recruitment experience; Radiologist recruitment experience is a plus • Experience using traditional and nontraditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates • Exceptional partner to stakeholders at all levels, bringing to the table a solid emphasis on accountability, rigor, and high standards for talent • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
