Description

• Provide strategic direction and vision & introduce Medical Scribe service line • Manage a team of scribes, ensuring their professional development and performance management • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes productivity, efficiency, and employee satisfaction • Develop and implement scribe standards and guidelines to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to industry regulations • Design and optimize efficient scribe workflows, leveraging technology and automation • Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA • Collaborate with healthcare providers, physicians, and other stakeholders • Participate in cross-functional meetings and initiatives • Performs other job-related duties as may be assigned or required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field required; or seven (7) or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong leadership skills, strong business acumen, exceptional communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills required • Minimum of three (3) years of supervisor experience in scribe or similar service industry • Proven ability to lead a team and experience managing a remote workforce • Healthcare technology specific to transcription and coding experience preferred
