Description
• Define areas of product improvement tied to strategic vision and business objectives • Craft thoughtful hypotheses and novel design solutions • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams • Work closely with researchers and data analysts • Present work to organizational leadership • Coach product teams • Lead by example • Work in close collaboration with Design Leadership • Inform and improve design processes
Requirements
• At least 9 years’ experience in UX Design or Design Strategy • Outstanding portfolio showcasing human-centered design • Experience building strong partnerships • Ability to measure success of design solutions • Experience with design thinking methods • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Healthcare experience desired
