β’ Achieve quota through value focused selling β’ Develop and maintain an active pipeline of new and existing account opportunity, prioritizing to achieve quota. β’ Manage the sales process by thoroughly understanding decision makers, actions and timelines necessary to close deals and accurately forecast sales opportunities. β’ Document all sales interactions timely and accurately in internal tools (SFDC, Outreach, Kennected, Zoominfo, etc.) β’ Understand prospect/customer pain points and educate and create value around our solutions as a trusted advisor. β’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a program partner, delivering exceptional service and adding value in every interaction. β’ Create value around our full suite of offerings to drive sales and increase loyalty and retention. β’ Develop and maintain a level of industry and product knowledge to enable ease of conversation and influence to solve customer challenges and ultimately close deals. β’ Identify industry trends and relevant competitive information, providing feedback and input to the company. β’ Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. β’ Other duties as assigned or necessary for achieving quotas/objectives.
