📋 Description

• Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions • Lead the design, governance, and technical vision of Salesforce implementations • Coach and develop a high-performing Salesforce team • Design end-to-end Salesforce architectures aligned with customer objectives and best practices • Translate business and IT needs into robust, scalable and secure Salesforce solutions • Guide development teams to ensure maintainable, future-proof configurations • Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to bridge technical and functional perspectives

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar technical leadership role • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, …) • Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs and multi-system landscapes • Knowledge of Public Sector Solutions, Financial Services Cloud or Manufacturing Cloud is a plus • Experience leading teams or mentoring colleagues is a strong asset • Salesforce certifications—especially Application Architect or System Architect—are highly valued • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or an equivalent field • Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus
