• Support the design of learning materials such as presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids. • Help facilitate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs. • Conduct research on best practices in corporate learning, leadership development, and employee engagement. • Assist in evaluating training effectiveness by gathering feedback and analyzing data. • Maintain and update learning records, training calendars, and employee development plans. • Support various L&OD projects.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or a related field. • Strong interest in learning and development, training, or organizational effectiveness. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
