• Identify, secure, and nurture business relationships to drive growth and profitability. • Strategic planning and identifying new business opportunities. • Work across specialty areas to connect subject matter experts to help solidify opportunities. • Track opportunities, coordination, and support during the proposal development process. • Validate, quantify and prioritize new business opportunities. • Keep abreast with progress of sold projects related to satisfactory deliverables. • Establish relationships with commercial leaders in the industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience. • Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device commercialization needs. • Minimum of 10 years demonstrated successful selling experience in and around the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device arena (selling service solutions to pharma, biotech and medical device clients preferred). • Additional experience(s) across the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device space is preferred to better understand the flow of decisions/challenges that exist to improve opportunity spotting to drive growth. • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. • Results oriented, resilient and self-sufficient. • Ability to travel up to 50%.
