• IMO Health is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Director to drive the acquisition of new business, with a strong focus on Life Science organizations poised to benefit from our cutting-edge clinical data intelligence solutions. • You will be at the forefront of targeting and penetrating new organizations, particularly within the Life Science sector (pharmaceutical companies and contract research organizations). • You will identify key stakeholders and decision-makers, crafting and executing strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets. • Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our market presence and revenue. • Success in this role demands more than a proven sales record; it requires a pioneering approach. • You will lead the charge in launching new SaaS products that address complex data quality challenges related to clinical trials and prescription efficacy for patients. • Your consultative, solution-oriented strategies will craft compelling value propositions that align with our clients' unique needs. • In a fast-paced, dynamic environment, your ability to combine creativity with strategic thinking will be key to your success.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise-level sales or business development experience, specifically in Life Sciences, with a focus on SaaS solutions. • Demonstrated track record of successfully targeting and developing leads, building and managing pipelines, crafting proposals, and closing high-value accounts to drive subscription-based revenue. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and earn trust across all organizational levels, including C-suite executives. • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, capable of utilizing data and metrics to validate assumptions, support recommendations, and drive strategic actions. • Hands-on approach with a proven ability to excel in a dynamic environment with limited support infrastructure. Self-starter who can manage tasks effectively with minimal supervision. • Highly resourceful, with the capability to address complex questions and objections creatively and strategically. • Self-motivated and passionate about business development, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to achieving sales targets. • Proficient in Salesforce, with experience using the platform to manage sales processes and track performance metrics.
