Description

• Manage customer facing projects related to implementation of IntelliShift's SaaS platform • Work with scheduling team to ensure hardware installations are completed as planned • Host weekly client meetings via Zoom to provide updates and measure results • Record and track project action items • Work cross-functionally with Product, Support, Marketing, etc., as needed • Provide proactive and reactive customer support • Configure IntelliShift platform to meet customer's needs • Conduct remote user-based training via Zoom • Travel up to 20% for meetings or training

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • 3+ years of project management experience • Understanding of SaaS platforms with hardware components • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Asana • Comfortable interfacing with clients of varying technical backgrounds • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
