• We’re IntelliShift, a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company with 20 years of expertise in fleet management technology. • IntelliShift is the fleet intelligence platform for safety and operations teams, empowering businesses to make the intelligent shift from siloed data to one simple platform. • Our Account Development (ADR) team plays a critical role in driving growth by sourcing high-quality opportunities. • As an ADR, you will generate new business opportunities by prospecting into large, fleet driven companies. • You will maximize our rapidly growing lead pool while identifying, qualifying, and generating sales-ready opportunities. • Conduct high-level conversations with executives and business owners about their fleet management issues and operations. • Our most successful ADRs are self-motivated, goal-oriented, methodical, and can effectively interact with multiple buyer personas and teams.
• 1+ year of B2B SDR or high-volume sales related experience in technology; targeting multi-stakeholder engagements • Demonstrable track record of success performing against expectations • Discipline and Focus - self-motivation, dedication, and determination to reach out and foster new engagements and relationships • Coachability - willingness to learn, practice, and improve critical skills • Performance and Growth Driven Mentality - a desire to serve your team and support company growth by consistently hitting your targets • Curiosity – You're eager to learn new things and ask questions to understand • Creativity - You find a way and think outside the box • Authenticity - You take your job more seriously than you take yourself • Courageous honesty - You speak up and push boundaries
• We offer competitive compensation, commensurate with experience; $55-60k base salary • plus a $25k commission target. • We also offer outstanding benefits to simplify the lives of our employees and show them how much we appreciate their contributions. • IntelliShift provides company-subsidized medical insurance for all employees (and largely subsidized coverage), dental, vision, and 401K with a 4% company contribution. • This is a remote full-time, salaried position working east coast business hours, with occasional travel to the NY HQ and customers throughout the country.
