Description

• Train new team members. • Assist attorneys with the preparation and review of documentation related to financial transactions, including loan agreements, security agreements, tax equity, mergers and acquisitions, and other closing documents. • Review project and corporate records to create disclosure schedules. Manage and organize transaction files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and easily accessible. • Coordinate the closing process of financial transactions, including scheduling, preparation of closing checklists, and distribution of executed documents. • Manage documentation for construction loan draws and rep bringdowns. • Prepare and file UCC financing statements, UCC searches and other necessary corporate filings and searches. • Assist with post-closing activities, including tracking and ensuring compliance with post-closing obligations. • Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in transactions to facilitate communication and document exchange. • Conduct legal and factual research as needed to support transaction-related activities. • Maintain and update transaction status reports and other tracking tools. • Identify opportunities for improvement of internal processes. Provide general administrative support to attorneys and other team members as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information in a clear and concise mannerExceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude • Ability to handle self under pressure, work independently and follow through on tasks to completion in a timely manner
