Description

• Lead a cross-functional team that modernizes our health data platform. • Oversee product development and release cycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Ensure systems are optimized for performance, security, and compliance. • Require a deep understanding of healthcare data and how it flows through a system including claims data, EHR data, HIE data, and operational healthcare data. • Own the product roadmap, vision, and strategy for our platform solution area. • Lead and inspire a cross-functional Scrum Team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. • Ensure that all healthcare technology systems are compliant with industry regulations and security standards, such as HIPAA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; a master's degree is a plus. • 10-15 years of experience in healthcare and healthtech, including building, operating and transforming platforms that support millions of patients and their care team. • Strong knowledge of healthcare data integration within internal systems of a large hospital system or payer, and how those systems integrate with third-party systems for the benefit of patients, care team members and providers. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditations, and standards, including HIPAA, AKS, FHIR, NCQA, and ICD 9/10.
