Description

• Guide teams in the implementation of architecture, functionality, and features. • Ensure the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to everyone. • End-to-end feature responsibility, starting from all the way from the systemization to customer delivery with good quality. • Show engagement in continuous improvements in products and processes. • Drive system test campaigns and lab builds needed to test software developed in the teams. • Responsible for planning with help from teams and delivery of a feature. • Responsible for integration and verification of features. • Responsible for securing resources in terms of both people and equipment for a feature with support from the line and program management.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant software development work experience. • System thinking and problem-solving skills. • Ability to think out of the box to address risks and challenges until customer delivery. • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate optimal across organizations. • Experience of product development and working in a large organization. • Strong ability to understand system testing needs, including the ability to lead lab builds. • Ability to explain and lead on all levels: Developers, line managers, product managers, and other technical leaders. • Excellent agile and lean knowledge and skills. • Experience as project manager or agile product owner. • Good English knowledge. • Excellent communication skills. • Excellent documentation skills.
