• Engaging with Hiring Managers to discover and identify their needs • Confectioning attractive Job Descriptions • Managing the end-to-end recruiting process of varied positions • Fluency in both English and Spanish • Managing the entire recruiting process, from sourcing and qualifying candidates to screening and guiding them through the selection process, all the way to onboarding • Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks • Conducting thorough competencies-based assessments to determine candidate suitability and alignment with company culture and values • Ensuring a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process • Collaborating closely with hiring managers and teams to understand staffing needs and find the best candidates available
• Prior experience in in-house recruiting, with a preference for those who have worked in software companies • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages • A strong understanding of competency-based hiring practices to identify candidates who align with the company's needs and culture.
