⢠Drive New Logo Acquisition: Proactively identify, prospect, and secure net new enterprise clients within the defined priority sectors in Germany. ⢠Strategic Engagement: Build deep, consultative relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders to truly understand their organizational objectives and pain points. ⢠Solution Design & Sales: Lead the development and sale of tailored Information Management solutions, translating complex customer requirements into compelling value propositions. ⢠Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline, driving opportunities through negotiation and RFP processes to consistently meet and exceed new business quota. ⢠Industry Expertise: Act as a trusted industry expert to customers, providing insights into sector-specific challenges and opportunities. ⢠Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with internal teams (e.g., Solutions, Operations, Legal) to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer success.
⢠Substantial Enterprise Sales Experience: A proven track record of acquiring new, large enterprise accounts ideally bringing experience selling into the Manufacturing, Automotive, or Logistics sectors. ⢠Strategic Solution Selling Expertise: Proficiency in solution selling methodologies and the ability to build influential relationships with C-suite (Chief-level) customer stakeholders. ⢠Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in both German and English is essential for success in this regional role. ⢠Collaborative Mindset: The ability to work effectively across internal teams, such as Solutions, Operations, and Legal, to ensure seamless delivery and customer success.
