📋 Description

• Source and recruit construction trades and vendors across various US markets • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with potential vendors daily • Build and maintain a database of approved vendors • Coordinate vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements • Maintain ongoing vendor relationships and perform periodic check-ins • Support operations with vendor availability, updates, and reporting • Research new markets, trades, and vendor opportunities as required

• Clear, neutral English accent with strong verbal communication skills • Comfortable spending most of the day on outbound calls • Strong internet research and data capture skills • High levels of reliability, focus, and self-discipline • Ability to work US hours consistently • **Ideal Candidate Profile:** • Experience in vendor coordination, recruitment, sourcing, or operations support • Previous exposure to construction, trades, or service-based industries is advantageous • Calm, confident, and professional on the phone • Able to handle repetitive tasks without fatigue or loss of quality • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
