• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry. • Strong experience as an Account Manager & Sales Manager (B2B) within the iGaming industry is a must. • Excellent understanding of the iGaming market, trends, products, and markets. • Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Russian is highly desirable. • Ability to handle relationships with Tier 1 customers and manage difficult clients under pressure. • Ability to develop and execute strategies, with strong analytical and numerical skills. • Self-starter with a proactive approach to solving problems. • Ability to cope with a fast-paced, complex, and rapidly changing environment. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a collaborative team player. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities. • Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage and grow customer accounts. • Must have an existing client base.
