Description

• Facilitate interactions within the online community for casino enthusiasts and encourage user-generated content and discussions to boost community participation. • Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure a consistent and engaging online presence. • Curate positive news and share relevant information and engaging content that resonates with the target audience. • Monitor social media channels and groups, identifying trends and opportunities for engagement. • Track spikes in social conversations related to posts, promotions, or competitors. • Provide real-time responses to comments, messages, and mentions. • Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies, campaigns, and plans to drive community growth. • Prepare and present reports on the performance of social media activities, offering insights and recommendations for improvement. • Identify opportunities for creating and improving internal processes within the social media management workflow to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall community satisfaction. • Stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities for the brand to capitalize on emerging topics. • Flag trending topics relevant to the online casino community.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and/or community moderation. • Strong passion and knowledge about the online gambling industry. • Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics, including but not limited to Meta, Telegram, Instagram, Twitter, and Reddit. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment. • Creative mindset with a passion for community building and engagement.
