📋 Description

• Teaching the development and maintenance of customer relationships in the digital environment • Leading modules on CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Bitrix, Zendesk), support and customer communication • Establishing and teaching data protection principles, customer-centric processes and service culture in e-commerce • Presenting and analyzing customer loyalty metrics (NPS, CSAT, churn rate) and strategies for audience retention • Delivering the module “Sales and Customer Service (Part 2)”: teaching online sales communication techniques, managing the customer experience, upselling and retention methods, objection handling, and fostering empathy and NPS • Supporting participants in accessing digital tools for service and user support as well as SaaS applications.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Management, Psychology, Communication, Marketing or Customer Experience • Work experience in the EU, ideally in Germany • At least 3 years of professional experience in roles such as: Customer Success Manager, Support Lead, Account Manager, CRM Specialist, SaaS Onboarding Specialist • Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level) • Solid knowledge of current CRM systems and digital service practices • Understanding and ability to analyze key loyalty metrics (NPS, CSAT, churn rate) • Experience building support and retention processes and actively handling objections • Familiarity with digital service and SaaS tools is an advantage • Excellent communication skills and empathy • Ability to moderate and lead discussions • Experience in mentoring, training or staff development is desirable.
