• Teach students the fundamentals and business logic of e‑commerce, product management, process control and sales analysis on online marketplaces • Develop and deliver practice-oriented online lessons using current tools and real case studies • Convey core business processes: product catalogue management, pricing, procurement, logistics and CRM integrations • Lead the module “Sales and Customer Service (Part 1)”: explain the sales funnel, key metrics (AOV, conversion rate, LTV, ROI) and the interaction between marketing and sales • Support participants in acquiring practical skills and in understanding e‑commerce tools.
• University degree in Business, Management, Logistics, E‑Commerce, Digital Marketing or a related field • At least 3 years of professional experience in e‑commerce in one of the following roles: E‑Commerce Project Manager, Key Account Manager (Marketplace / E‑Commerce), Brand Manager (E‑Commerce / Digital), Growth Marketing Manager, E‑Commerce Consultant • Practical work experience within the EU, ideally in Germany • Very good German skills (minimum C1 level) • Experience working with marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Ozon, Wildberries, Etsy, etc.) • Knowledge of product catalogue management, procurement, logistics and pricing • Experience with CRM systems and integrations (e.g. Bitrix, HubSpot, RetailCRM) • Basic skills in Excel/Google Sheets, analytics and BI tools • Understanding of sustainability trends and sustainable e‑commerce principles is an advantage • Ability to explain complex processes clearly and in a structured manner • High sense of responsibility, flexibility and customer orientation.
