Description

• J.D. Power has a long-standing utilities practice supporting electric, natural gas, and water utilities • Seeking a practice director to deeply engage with clients via syndicated benchmark studies • Responsible for delivering J.D. Power study results to utilities clients • Lead several utilities syndicated benchmark studies at J.D. Power • Act as a subject matter expert for syndicated study development, data analytics, and client presentations

Requirements

• Advanced utilities industry experience and a strong understanding of customer experience best practices • Understanding of critical strategic challenges for utilities such as sustainability, electric vehicle and brand management leadership • Strong communication skills, specifically proven ability to deliver presentations in front of Senior Executives, and professional writing skills • Demonstrated experience analyzing data and developing insights • Bachelor’s Degree from a college or university
