• Partner with Transaction Managers, Project Managers, and Account Management team to drive operational coordination, portfolio management, and client reporting • Ensure service excellence across property portfolios, primarily focused on Germany with additional EMEA country coverage • Execute end-to-end transaction processes for portfolio sites, build business cases, collect stakeholder data, and drive regional account reports and QBRs • Manage capital project delivery, ensure alignment with timelines and budgets, lead project planning activities, and provide insights for global RE committee and CAPEX approvals • Manage Purchase Orders, resolve invoice issues, track budgets, identify cost savings, and maintain project financial data with Project Managers and finance teams • Build strong relationships with local market players, drive cross-functional collaboration between internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders • Lead due diligence activities, maintain meeting minutes and action tracking, manage compliance matters, and oversee Playbooks and governance documentation • Drive efficiency initiatives, support system and database inductions for new team members and clients, and maintain process maps
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or Real Estate • 3+ years experience with approximately 2 years in real estate-related fields • Fluent written and spoken English and German • Project Management or Transaction Management experience required • German market knowledge strongly recommended • Knowledge of procurement processes and financial tracking • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Familiarity with property management systems (Tririga) preferred
