📋 Description

• Respond to inquiries with professionalism and care. • Organize and confirm court dates for attorneys. • Act as a buffer between clients and attorneys, managing expectations and flow of information. • Serve as the primary contact for clients, offering clear and compassionate communication. • Check case statuses with courts and filing services. • Share instructions and necessary documents for court appearances. • Manage daily call volume as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in customer support inside a law firm. • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. • Strong customer service or client-facing background required. • Familiarity with assisting clients with legal cases is preferred. • Ability to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision. • Solid writing and organizational abilities.
