🎯 Requirements
• ✅ Previous experience as a Virtual Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator • ✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • ✅ Strong attention to detail and task tracking • ✅ Confident using Asana, Notion , Google Workspace, and Slack. • ✅ Comfortable managing a founder’s inbox, calendar, and travel • ✅ Experience working for a US / International based Business. • 🌟 Experience supporting content creators or online businesses • 🌟 Interest in YouTube and/or online course production • 🌟 Familiarity with basic marketing processes or project timelines

• 💰 Salary : $2,000 - $2,250 per month* • 🕒 Full-time : Fully remote • 🌴 Paid Time Off : 20 days per year , including public holidays. • 🌍 The chance to work with a small, friendly team making a big impact • 🎯 A long-term role where you can grow and really make a difference • *Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence.
