📋 Description
• Support the Web Product team with data-driven insights and help identify opportunities for product improvement • Set up and maintain data collection processes (GTM, GA4, events) to ensure accurate and consistent tracking • Build dashboards and regular reports for key product and funnel metrics • Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and cohorts to uncover patterns and growth opportunities • Assist in designing and evaluating A/B tests and product experiments; communicate clear conclusions • Maintain and update ETL or data-preparation workflows under guidance from senior analysts or engineers • Contribute to improving our internal BI ecosystem and ensuring data reliability
🎯 Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience as a Web Analyst or Product Analyst • Strong understanding of web analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Amplitude, or similar) • Good knowledge of product metrics and analytical approaches: conversion, retention, funnels, cohorts • Proficiency in SQL and basic scripting (Python is a plus) for data extraction and analysis • Experience building dashboards in tools like Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI • Practical experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis • Strong communication skills and ability to present findings clearly.
