📋 Description

• As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for the entire sales process, from finding leads to closing deals. • You’ll help sales professionals secure one-on-one meetings with top-level decision-makers from Europe’s largest companies, giving them a unique chance to grow their business. • You'll also manage your own portfolio over time and build long-term client relationships. • Your daily tasks will include: Prospecting and building a pipeline through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc. • Identifying and targeting companies that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) • Booking and running 10+ meetings per week (once fully up to speed) • Closing at least 1 deal per week • Growing to 40 meetings and 4 closed deals monthly after 6 months

🎯 Requirements

• You speak English at a native level. • 1–2 years of outbound B2B sales experience. • Experience in a fast-paced, KPI-focused environment. • You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills. • You are self-motivated and proactive with a growth mindset and strong work ethic. • You have strong communication skills and you are excellent at prioritising tasks.
