• Customer Operations Associates play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support to Arbor customers • Engaging with customers primarily through email, while also providing support over the phone as needed • Aid in maintaining knowledge center and FAQ page • Solve complex problems with sharp critical thinking • Utilize feedback from customer interactions to offer valuable insights • Enhance customer support and operations through training materials, automations, and more


• At least 3 years in a customer experience or support role at a fast-growing consumer technology company • Capable of working collaboratively in a team setting as well as autonomously in a remote-first culture • Skilled in multitasking, quick thinking, and objection handling with empathy • Experience with Zendesk or another customer support ticketing system • Knowledge of energy space and passion for working in a mission-driven organization • Ability to work remotely, while being located within a reasonable distance of hub location in Washington, DC
