📋 Description

• Collect and analyze data from chart audits, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement • Proactively clarify uncertainties and foster a collaborative team culture • Contribute to performance improvement projects across the patient care team • Ensure due dates are met while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license (strongly preferred) • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Google Sheets • Experience with chart audits, quality assessments, patient safety, and/or process improvement in healthcare settings (strongly preferred) • Ability to autonomously manage multiple projects at once • Willingness to give and receive feedback in real time • Compassionate and thoughtful approach to decision-making and feedback • Fluency in written and spoken English (required)
