• Source Candidates: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels to identify and engage with potential candidates for various roles. • Screen Applications: Review CVs and applications to match candidate skills with job requirements. • Coordinate Interviews: Manage scheduling between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring interviews are set up efficiently. • Maintain ATS: Update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and status updates. • Communicate with Candidates: Provide candidates with timely updates, feedback, and support throughout the hiring process. • Collaborate: Work closely with HR Manager and other key stake holders to understand specific role requirements and priorities.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years in sourcing or recruiting for clinical or healthcare roles. • Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates in high-demand clinical fields. • Technical Skills: Proficient with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, healthcare job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of clinical roles and healthcare recruitment is preferred. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills—able to engage candidates and hiring teams effectively and professionally. • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities simultaneously. • Adaptability: Comfortable working remotely and in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to changing priorities.
