🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to education, design, or technology is preferred. • Minimum 3 years of related experience, including instructional design, project management, and/or content development. • Strong portfolio demonstrating attention to detail, an effective implementation of principles of design and adult learning, and professionally appealing visuals and layout • Proven ability to manage and lead multiple simultaneous projects and to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and/or flexibly react to changing business needs. • Understand the user experience in online/web-based teaching and learning. • Must be able to translate ideas into tangible multimedia products. • Demonstrable proficiency in Articulate Storyline (highly preferred), graphics programs (Illustrator and Photoshop preferred), video editing software (Camtasia or Premiere Pro preferred), Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
